Hilary Duff

We just can't get enough of that Hilary Duff.

The 17-year-old singer-actress' new best-of, Most Wanted collects all her greatest hits from both her previous albums, and has achieved something neither Hilary Duff nor Metamorphisis was able to do--debut at number one.

Most Wanted, which also features four new tracks cowritten with boyfriend Joel Madden (of Good Charlotte fame), including the single "Wake Up," sold a career-best 208,000 first-week copies to lead the album chart for the week ended Sunday, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Her self-titled 2004 release topped at out number two on the Billboard 200, while Metamorphis made it to number one in its second week. Together they have sold nearly 5 million copies.

Duff rebuffed two other strong-selling Top 5 bows. Country star Brad Paisley's Time Well Wasted was a close second, selling 193,000 copies. It's the highest he's even debuted on the pop chart and his person best sales week.

Checking in at number five was 311's eighth studio album, Don't Tread on Me, moving 91,000. Powered by the title cut, which is receiving solid FM airplay, the disc is the highest 311 debut since 1997's Transistor, which opened at number four.

In between Paisley and 311 were Mariah Carey's The Emancipation of Mimi and Now That's What I Call Music! 19. Meanwhile, last week's number one, Staind's Chapter V, tumbled all the way down to number seven.

The rest of the Top 10 included Black Eyed Peas' Monkey Business at six, Faith Hill's Fireflies at eight, Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway at nine and Young Jeezy's Let's Get It at 10. After 10 weeks in the Top 10 (including a few at number one), Coldplay's X&Y finally dropped into double-digit territory at 12.

Outside the Top 10, pop-rockers Click Five opened at 15 with Greeting from Imerie House selling 52,000. A closely bunched trio of albums scored the only other Top 40 bows: Taproot's Blue-Sky Research at 33, Silverstein's Discovering the Waterfront at 34 and Aly & AJ's Into the Rush at 36.

Other noteworthy debuts included 10 Years' Autumn Effect at 72, Todd Agnew's Reflection of Something at 86 and Soopa Villianz' Furious at 92. Finally, Bible-toting metalhead pioneers Stryper marked their reunion with a return to the charts as Reborn sold nearly 10,000 copies to open at 111.

Here's a recap of last week's Top 10 albums, per Nielsen SoundScan:

1. Most Wanted, Hilary Duff
2. Time Well Wasted, Brad Paisley
3. The Emancipation of Mimi, Mariah Carey
4. Now That's What I Call Music! 19, various
5. Don't Tread on Me, 311
6. Monkey Business, Black Eyed Peas
7. Chapter V, Staind
8. Fireflies, Faith Hill
